Destination Heaven: Jesus Only Way There As Always

In today's world, people may scoff or laugh at the thought of Jesus being the only way to heaven.  Well, no matter how unpopular this teaching may be Jesus Christ is and always will be the only way to heaven. That is why it is so important not to try to depend on fame, fortune, kindness, or popularity, or anything else to get to heaven.  Heaven is a place where only the forgiven may enter into to be with God.  So if you have not let God lift your burden of sin,and forgive you do so today.
Today is the day for salvation. Do not put this off, you are not guaranteed tomorrow, none of us for that matter.  For only God alone knows what lies ahead, as in he alone only knows what tomorrow will be like.
Don't risk being lost for all eternity.  Make sure your destination is Heaven.
Accept Jesus Christ today, at this very moment while God is working on convicting your soul.
John 14:6  "Jesus saith unto him: I am the way, the truth, and the life no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
This verse is just as true as it was in the past, and in the future will still be true no matter what the world may say, or teach, the Bible is the infallible, God inspired Word of God.  So only Through Acceptance of Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior can you be forgiven of your sins, and be allowed to have access into Heaven.

The Risen Savior!

Jesus Christ is the Risen Savior!
Bible Passages the prove Jesus is alive!
*Matthew 28:1-10   IN the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchere, And behold, there was a great earthquake::for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.  And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.   He is not here: for he is risen as he said,Come see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead, and behold, he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him:lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulchure with fear and great joy: and did run to bring his disciples word.  And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus me them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.  Then Jesus said unto them, Be not afraid: go, tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me."
Matthew 28:11-15  -Lie about what really happened , and bribery (Satan hates the truth)  "Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soliders, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.  So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day."
       More proof of Jesus resurrection
      *  Matthew 28:16-17  "Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.  And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted."
   * Mark 16:1-16  "AND when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of  James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and annoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unot the sepulchure at the rising of the sun. And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchure?  And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was great.  And entering into the sepulchure, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment, and they were affrighted.  And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazereth, which was crucified: He is risen: he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.  But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee; there ye shall see him as he told you. And they went quickly, and fled fromt he sepulchure; for they trembled and were amazed : neither said they any thing to any man;for they were afraid. Now when Jeuss was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. And when she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.  And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.  After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.  And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.  Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat a meat, and upbraided them with thier unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.  And he said unto them Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. "
    * Mark 16:19 "So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was recieved up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God."
*Luke  24:1 -8  "NOW upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came into the sepulchure, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchure.  And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.  And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto the, Why seek ye the living among the dead?  He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying the Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and  be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remebered his words."

Easter:What is it About Anyway?

Easter is a holiday coming up soon. It has many false beliefs associated with it.  It is not about the bunnies, chickens, ducks, or other cute animals that you see outside, or on commercials around this time of year. It is not about baskets, egg hunts, or candy.  All these things are nice, but have nothing to do with the real meaning of  Easter.
So what is it about, you may wonder?
It is about the resurrection of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!  He rose from the dead on Easter Sunday long ago!  He is alive!
Matthew 28:6  "He is not here: for he is risen as he said..."
Jesus rose from the grave!  He conquered death, hell, and the grave.  Amen.
That is what Easter is all about.

Jesus Wants You To Come As Your Are To Him

Jesus wants you to come as you are to him.  He wants you to give him all your burdens by laying them at his feet.  He also wants you to admit that you make mistakes, and are not perfect.  He wants you most of all  to acknowledge that you sin.  He wants you to admit you can't get to heaven on your own. That all your works, etc. are not enough to get you into his kingdom.  He wants you accept the fact that heaven is real. He wants you to accept him as your personal Lord and Savior, as the only acceptable sacrifice for sin, and to know that did this out of  his unconditional love-love without end-for you.  He wants you to accept his burial, and resurrection as something that really happened.  He wants you to be able to be a new creature in him-Christ.  He wants you to stop putting off getting saved.  He wants you to quit believing the devil's lies.
He wants you to be his child. He wants you to be saved once and  for all!  He wants your name to be in the Lamb's book of  Life .  He wants you to be sealed by the Holy Spirit.  He wants you to be able to have a mansion in heaven that you can call your future home.  He wants you to be able to stay out of hell, and the lake of fire.  He wants you to know that he is enough for you.  He wants you to know that his word the Bible, is true.  He wants to be your best friend.  He wants to forgive you.  He wants to show you mercy, and compassion.  He wants you to be born again.  He wants you to be part of his family.
Will you let him, today, those of you who haven't yet?

Jesus : Saves Sinners Forever!

2013 is here!  With it we can bring forth a cheer!

God is still in the saving business as always!

As usual the devil, Satan will  try to trick people into believing lies.  Lies about salvation .  He will try to deceive people with false teachings, false hope, and more.  He hates everyone that is for sure.
He is described as  "..your adversary the devil  walks about as  a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,"  in  I  Peter  5:8
The truth for this year, is the same as the past year's truth.  1. There is no new truth.   2. Jesus came to save sinners.  3. Only forgiven sinners go to heaven when they die.  4. No amount works can save you.  Salvation is not something you do to earn merit, or  favor with God.

The Message of Christmas

Christmas is almost here again already.
Christmas time is a time filled with lots of stress for most people, as they scramble to find the right gift for their loved ones.   However, no gift  can possibly compare to the  greatest gift ever, Jesus Christ God's Son!
Jesus came so that we might have life that is eternal life, everlasting life/spiritual life. A  life that passes all comprehension, understanding.   Jesus came to earth as God in the flesh, many years ago so that we might be able to go to heaven to be with him someday.  His birth was prophesied long before he was ever born.  He fulfilled over 333 prophecies about the Messiah ,during his first coming to earth, long ago.  He was born a supernatural birth.  No one else was ever born this way before him, and no one else has ever been born this way since then.  Jesus was born of a virgin, named Mary.  The prophet Isaiah prophesied about this long before he was born.  Isaiah 7:14  " Therefore the Lord himself  will give you a sign: behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name  Immanuel."
Isaiah 9: 6  "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government will be upon  his shoulder. And  his name will be called wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting father, prince of  peace."
Luke 1:26-38 "Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of  the house of David. The virgin's name was Mary.  And having come in, the angel said to her, Rejoice highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!  But when she saw him,she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was.  Then the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and His shall call his name JESUS.  He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give him the throne of  His father David. And he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of  His kingdom there will be no end.  Then Mary said to the angel, How can this be, since I  do not know a man?  And the angel answered and said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore , also that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. For with God nothing will be impossible.  Then Mary said, Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.  And the angel departed from her."

How I Came to Christ

At the early age of  six years old, I realized that I had void in my  life nothing could fill.  I attended VBS that year at a local church.  The teacher, read Romans 3:23 "For all  have sinned and fall  short of the glory of God."  This means we all sin, do bad things that make God sad, and because of  this we fall short of his standard-being perfect/sinless.   Then she read, John 3:16  "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."   This means God loves us so much, that he sent his only son, Jesus Christ, the only sinless one to die on the cross in our place.   Last she read, Matthew 28:6  "He is not here:for he is risen as he said, Come see the place where the Lord lay."   This means the Lord, Jesus Christ did not stay dead.  He rose again from the dead!   This was when I realized for the very first time that I  was a sinner, that Jesus loved me so much that he died for me, and that he had risen from the dead.  So, I prayed-talked to God, and told him, I was sorry for being a sinner, thanked him for his love for me, and for his death on the cross for me,and for rising from the dead, and asked him to come into my heart and save me from my sin.  Since, then I have had the promise of a future home in heaven,Christ as my best friend, and forgiveness of sin.
When I was in elementary school, the other children bullied me.  I  cried, and told my mother.  She prayed with me for me to be comforted by God.  I also told the teacher.  The teacher corrected the other children for this.  After awhile the other children, asked for forgiveness for being bullies and changed from bullies to friends.  I was grateful for this.
I  did not read my Bible as much as  I should have in tenth grade.  I attended a  camp that summer, a Christian camp, and realized after a week there, that I needed to start reading my Bible again, so I started reading it again in Proverbs. I never dated in highschool and some people though this was odd.  Just decided not too.  I  started to court in college.  My college sweetheart and I got married in 2004. We had our son, in 2008.
Life is not a bed of  roses though. Christians have trials/hardships in  life.  My husband hurt his knee in Dec. 2008, and had to switch to a desk job for work.  Then, in Dec. 2009  he, my husband, almost died.  He had pneumonia in his blood stream, which is extremely dangerous.  The doctors thought he looked half dead when he arrived at the hospital that year. He was in the hospital for a entire week during Christmas time. The doctors treated him for the h1n1 virus too.   It really was a miracle he survived this. I  give God the glory for this every day!
Anyone who claims Christians will always have material wealth, good health, etc.  are false teachers.  Even the Apostle Paul had hardships in life as mentioned in Acts, I Timothy & II Timothy.  Stephen was stoned for his faith in Christ ( in Acts), and many others were persecuted for their faith in Christ (in Acts), and their are Christians in other countries persecuted for their faith in Christ every day.  Plus, there  are Christians made fun every day for their stand in Christ by the media and others who are not saved.  Whether it is popular, or not Christians are to obey God by standing up for what is right, even if it means that others mock them.

Jesus is great! He is the LORD of all!
    He is God!
     Jesus is the Messiah!

He came to earth many years ago so that we might have life abundantly.

He died on the cruel cross at Calvary, so that we might be set free.

John 18:17-18  "Carrying his own cross, he went to the place of the Skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha).  Here they crucified him, and with him two others-one one each side and Jesus in the middle."

John 18:30  "... Jesus said, It is finished. With that, he bowed his head, and gave up his spirit."

He was buried in a borrowed tomb.

John 19: 38-41  " Later, Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for the body of  Jesus.  Now Joseph was  a disciple of Jesus, but secretly because he feared the Jews. With Pilate's permission, he came and took the body away.   He was accompanied by  Nicodemus, the man who earlier had visited Jesus at night. Nicodemus brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes about seventy-five pounds.  Taking  Jesus'  body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance of Jewish customs.  At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. "

He rose again!

Matthew 28:5-6 " The angel said to the women, Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay."

 He ascended into heaven!

Acts  1:7, 9  "He said to them : It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.  After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight."

Luke 24:50-51  " When had led them out to the vicinity of  Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven."

He is preparing a place for those who trust in him!

John 14:3 "And if  I go to prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. "

 Do you know him?

Procrastination When it Comes To Salvation:Dangerous

Why wait til tomorrow to do what you can do today?

For those of you who are still not saved, stop procrastinating.

Procrastination-to put off something til later, to avoid doing what could be done now, to delay something, to not accomplish a task, or duty,to delay, to waste the opportunity given you

So,anyone who has not accepted Jesus Christ as his, or her personal LORD and Savior, STOP PROCRASTINATING!

To Procrastinate is bad enough when it comes to other things in life.

Procrastination on Accepting Jesus Christ is the worst procrastination ever!

So quit, putting off your acceptance of Christ for another day.

Don't delay your salvation any longer, not for even another second, minute, hour, or moment in time.

Take care of your need for Christ right now!

" For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succored thee: behold, now is the accepted time; now is the day of salvation." -II Corinthians 6:2

Accept Jesus Christ now! This moment in time! Today!

Jesus Christ: He said "It is finished" on the Cross

John 19:30 "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar,he said,It is finished:and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."

When Jesus said "It is finished..." he meant this. He meant that salvation is complete now, a done deal.

There is no need to add to what Jesus Christ did for us at Calvary.

Accept Jesus Christ gift of salvation, his shed blood on the cross for your sins, his burial and resurrection for you as enough.

Jesus Christ sacrifice on the cross for all sinners, his burial, and resurrection is the only thing that could satisfy the sin debt that is so Big that we could never possibly pay it off ourselves.

It is about time people have started to realize that there is nothing more they can say, or do to make themselves ready for heaven.

No amount of works, deeds are good enough for Heaven.

Just accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior!

For salvation is indeed a done deal! It is finished as he said!

Thief on the cross : Jesus Christ Saved Him

Jesus Christ was mocked by many around him a long time ago when he died on the cross of Calvary.

Two thieves were crucified next to him.

At first they both mocked him along with the others.

But after awhile one thief quit mocking him.

One thief rebuked the other thief.

One thief trusted in Jesus Christ as his personal LORD and Savior.

This one thief even called Jesus Christ, "Lord".

Luke 23:39-43 "And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the full due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him,Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise."

The thief on the cross did not have time to be baptized, or do any good deeds/works that day.

Jesus Christ promised him-this one thief- "paradise" (Heaven) that very day.

Jesus Christ saved the thief on the cross because the thief accepted Jesus Christ as his personal LORD and Savior!

Just like he saved the thief on the cross, he wants to save you too.

You have to let him.

No amount of popularity, nice looks, good grades, good health, riches, or good works/deeds,or even baptism can save you.

Only accepting Jesus Christ as your personal LORD and Savior will give you the assurance of Heaven as your home someday.

Some accept Jesus Christ today! Accept him this very second in time!

Jesus Christ: The Bread of Life

Jesus Christ is the Bread of Life as mentioned in John 6:25-40,47-48.

This means Jesus is the spiritual food that a person needs to be saved.

A person must accept Jesus Christ as thier own personal LORD and Saviour (as the only means) to be saved!

Jesus Christ is the answer.

Salvation is found in Christ a lone.

Lost people are still being saved!

Jesus Christ: Still Seeks After & Saves the Lost

Jesus Christ still continues to change lives even today.
5 people accepted him as their personal LORD and Savior during the Easter service(early one) at a local church on Easter Sunday!
1 child,1 teen, and serval adults accepted Christ as LORD and Savior during the Homecoming Service (late service/second morning one)at a local church yesterday!
In Jamaica many children, and 1 adult have accepted Christ as their personal LORD and Savior, through the ministry work -Awanas-at a local church there just this year!

Are you saved? If not, than Jesus Christ is still seeking after you. He is calling to you,as the old hymn goes "O sinner, come home" in other words he is saying to you,I am the one you need in your life.

As the shepherd searches for the lost sheep until it is found, the Savior keeps calling, and drawing the lost souls unto himself.

Then Jesus said unto them, Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me."
Matthew 28:11-15 "While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soliders a large sum of money, telling them, You are to say, His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep. If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble. So the soliders took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day."
Matthew 28:16-20 "Then the eleven disciples went up to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him, but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Mark 16:1-19 "When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdelene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome, brought spices so they might go anoint Jesus body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb? But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. Don't be alarmed, he said. You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell his disciples and Peter,He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you. Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were so afraid. When Jesus rose early,on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons. She went and told those who had been with him and were mourning and weeping. When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it. Afterward Jesus appeared in a different form to two of them while they were walking in the country. These returned and reported to the rest; but they did not believe them either. Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen. He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons...After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them,he was taken up into heaven and sat at the right hand of God."
Luke 24:1-35 "On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took they spices they had prepared and went to the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed with thier faces to the ground, but the men said to them, Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he is risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again. Then they remembered his words. When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna,Mary the mother of James, and the other with them who told this to the apostles. But they did not believe the women, because thier words seemed to them like nonsense. Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over,he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering what had happened. Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem. They were talking with each other about everything that had happened. as they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them; but they were kept from recognizing him. He asked them, What are you discussing as you walk along? They stood still their faces downcast. One of them, named Cleopas, asked him, Are you only a visitor to Jerusalem and do you not know the things that have happened there in these days? What things he asked. About Jesus of Nazereth, they replied. He was a prophet, powerful in word and deed before God and all the people. The chief priests and our rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death, and they crucified him; but we had hoped that he was the one who was to redeem Israel. And what is more, it is the third day since all this took place. In addition, some of our women amazed us. They went to the tomb early this morning but didn't find his body. They came and told us that they has seen a vision of angels, who said he was alive. Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but him they did not see. He said to them, How foolish you are, and how slow of hear to believe all the prophets have spoken! Did not Christ suffer these things and then enter his glory? And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in the Scriptures concerning himself. As they approached the village to which they were going, Jesus acted as if he were going farther. But they urged him strongly, Stay with us, for it is nearly evening; the day is almost over. So he went in to stay with them. When he was at the table with them,he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and begin to give it to them. Then, thier eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. They asked each other, Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us? They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, assembled together and saying, It is true! The Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon. Then the two told what had happened on the way,and how Jesus was recognized by them when he broke bread."
Luke 24:36-53 "While they were still talking about this,Jesus himself stood among them and said to them,Peace be with you. They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. Hes said to them, Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have. When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, Do you have anything here to eat? They gave him a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and and ate it in thier presence. He said to them,This is what I have told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms. Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are my witnesses of these things. I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high. When he led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God."
John 20:1-9 "Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved , and said, They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him! So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb. Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in. Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the burial cloth that had been around Jesus head. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.)
John 20:10-18 "Then the disciples went back to their homes, but Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot. They asked her, Woman, why are you crying? They have taken my Lord away, she said, and I don't know where they have put him. At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but did not realize it was Jesus. Woman,he said, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for? Thinking he was the gardener, she said, Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him. Jesus said to her, Mary. She turned to him and cried out in Aramaic, Rabboni! (which means Teacher). Jesus said, Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to my Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, I am returning to my Father and your Father,to my God and your God. Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: I have seen the Lord! And she told them that he had said these things to her."
John 20:19-22 "On the evening of the first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews,Jesus came and stood among them and said, Peace be with you! After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord. Again Jesus said, Peace be with you! As the Father sent me,I am sending you. And with that he breathed on them and said, Receive the Holy Spirit."

* Doubting Thomas
John 20:24-29 " Now Thomas (called Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, We have seen the Lord! But he said to them, Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my fingers where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it. A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, Peace be with you! The he said to Thomas, Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it to my side. Stop doubting and believe. Thomas said to him,My Lord and my God! Then Jesus told him, Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed. "
There are those who have not seen the Resurrected Christ, yet still believe that he did rise from the dead!
This includes...
myself, some of my relatives, my friends and many others!

Acts 1:1-11 "In my former book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and teach until the day he was taken up into heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen. After his suffering,he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. One one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command:Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. So when they met together, they asked him, Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Isarel? He said to them: It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. After he had said this, he was taken before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. Men of Galilee, they said, why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."
Stephen saw a glimpse of the resurrected Savior in heaven!
Acts 7:55-56 "But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. Look,he said, I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God."

Saul of Taurus saw the risen Savior on the way to Damascus to persecute Christians.
Acts 9:1-6 "Meanwhile Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord's disciples. He went to the high pries and asked for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so if he found any there who belonged to the Way, whether men or women, he might take them as prisoners to Jerusalem. As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? Who are you Lord? Saul asked. I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting, he replied. Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do."
